It had been a while since we ventured out for our once-frequent, but not-so-much-lately, fellowship picnic after our Sunday service. Determined to charge out of the COVID miasma, and reclaim our right to worship our Lord through grilling and chilling, we frolicked in the Lorain County Metro Park this afternoon. If you listen to today’s sermon, you may detect Pastor Austin straining (not really) to be heard over the sound of an impressive rainstorm that endured throughout today’s service, and threatened to dampen our potluck picnic.
